Fantastic. Can’t say enough about the service that my puppy Max received for his stay and train 4 week session. Matt, the trainer, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and is a dog whisperer. The training sessions were not intimidating and he did an AWESOME job preparing me to bring Max back with tools necessary to care for a puppy. Max came back better behaved, obedient, and well trained. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff so friendly and helpful. Job well done. Will continue to bring my dog to this facility in North Bethesda. Job well done. Thanks Matt F. and team!

Just wanted to thank everyone at Olde Towne Pet Resort at North Bethesda for your excellent care and attention given to my baby Chicka. It was my first time leaving her anywhere, but I knew the minute I walked into your facility, I knew she would be in excellent hands. When she was out at playtime, I was sent a text message, so I would be able to see her. She also gave staff members a difficult time when her medication had to be administered, and Jose called and text me, which I appreciated. I look forward to another vacation and knowing I have a place to leave my baby Chicka.

Had my dog groomed recently. He was very nervous and shaking. Staff and groomer were very attentive and asked several questions regarding how I would like his cut. Overall very happy with his cut and experience.

From the person who made my phone reservation to the greeters to the desk staff, everyone was cheerful And attentive. The dogs came home smelling sweet and looked fluffy and they were tired but happy. They were well treated, I would guess. Taking them back in April and August - I have a lot of confidence in them!

Sandra is the best groomer around!!! I have a curly cockapoo and he looks the most handsome every time. And he loves her. She also did a great job with my pup who passed away last year.
