Old Towne Veterinary Clinic

Both times our puppy wasn't feeling well and refusing to eat it felt as if the Dr. was inconvenienced by our visit and dismissive. When he instructed us to call back with an update, we did so and never heard back. Went to another nearby clinic and the Dr. was much more friendly and even playful with the pup. Long story short, our pup is now eating normally and back to his fun and energetic self in just one day! Staff is very friendly though.

Dr. Sam Martinez and his staff treat us and our pets with honesty, fairness, and love. When you call the office, a friendly voice answers the phone every time. They truly care about our pets. When we go to Old Towne Vet Clinic we don't feel like a number. This is a family owned and run practice that is genuine and personable. Dr. Martinez's prices are fair and the waiting, and exam rooms are very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to look at- it is not run down like some other clinics. The equipment and the office is new and state-of-the-art. Dr. Martinez's compassion is world-class. He has treated at least 8 of our animals of the years and even though his current practice is far away from where we live, we still make the trip to Manassas unless we have a true veterinary emergency.

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. I’ve had pets my entire life and this group is by far the kindest, most thorough, and most patient practice I’ve ever seen. Thank you for asking care of my babies.❤️

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Sam and his team. Dr. Sam took care of my first pet who passed away in 2020 (she lived a little over 17 years). He is now taking care of my puppy Pixie. Him and his staff go above and beyond with their service. I fully trust him without questioning, he is very knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. They are always in smiles and are very responsive. A special thank you to Barbara as well who is very sweet and helpful.

Wow! Dr. Martinez and his staff are angels. My 2yr old GSD was terrified to go to the vet after being treated at a different practice before we found this one. They allowed us to do a “welcome visit” so we got to walk around the office before the appointment so he could get familiar with the area. Fast forward to today and my pup got the vaccines he needed and didn’t even notice it was happening. Dr and staffs calmness and patience won today. So happy with the outcome and glad to be patients at this office! Looking forward to bringing our newest dog as well!
