Took my new kitten for her first exam and shots. Dr Conrad and her staff were very professional and thorough as always. Been bringing my fur babies to Dr Conrad for many years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Conrad and her entire team. They recently helped me through one of the hardest experiences of my life–saying goodbye to my sweet Glizzy boy and I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed us during that time. From the moment we walked in, I felt nothing but support and genuine empathy. Dr. Conrad was incredibly patient and compassionate. She gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to Glizzy, never rushing me or pushing the process along. They even waited until my best friend could come and be with me, which I am so thankful for because I couldn’t imagine doing it alone. This was the Best Experience we could have asked for, coupled with Dr. Conrad and her Teams kindness, patience and expertise. We recently moved here to Crestview and having met them has made one more step of our transition a little easier. We will be utilizing their services going forward for a long time to come.
