Front staff always pleasant and personable with smiles all around. Make me feel like they love my animal. After treatment everything was gone over with me and answered questions I had. Great Vet Tech!!
Dr Ervin is amazing, very thorough and doesn’t get in a hurry. Will answer any questions you have and explains things so we can understand them. OVAC has taken care of my pets for years and I totally trust they are doing everything to make sure my fur baby is in tip top health!
Dr Ervin had the answers AND the solutions to my cat’s illness quickly! The rest of the staff were great as well. Friendly and ready to answer any and all questions
