January 20, 2025 - Our First Appointment at Oh So Pretty Pet spa. I dropped my baby girl Piper to be groomed by Theresa B.. She was ready to be picked up. When I got in the car I noticed Piper’s hair looked a little choppy but she still looked cute. We got home I noticed Piper’s tail was tucked, and she just sat there with very sad watery eyes with her head lowered hiding under the table licking herself. This behavior is not at all like her. I picked her up and found that she had razor burns on her tummy an in the crease on the inside of left thigh which was very raw. Her anus was red and very swollen. Piper went 4 days before she was able to pooped. I contacted Theresa to let her know Piper is suffering from a razor burns and a painful swollen anus. I asked what happened? Theresa r

I was trying to call to see about boarding. I called and left a message and never returned my call. I called again and mailbox is full. They don't answer the phone. Not sure how I can do business if you don't answer calls for possibly new clients.

They are definitely the best. They treat your dog like it was theirs and that counts for so much highly recommend.

The ladies here are so friendly, and they do a great job grooming my girls. My pups come back smelling fresh, and their hair is nicely cut. They seem to be happy when I pick them up which is a huge relief for me. This is the only groomer we use now!
