Mark and Sydney are SIMPLY THE BEST!! My Chihuahua Nina experienced trauma from nail clippings as a pup and was so aggressive about nail trimmings that no groomer in town would take her and we were banned from 2 places because of her aggressive behavior. Mark was so patient and worked with us on a regiment of monthly trimmings that were slow, cautious and very gentle until Nina became accustom to the experience. Now she’s a pro at hanging out, fully relaxed in the grooming sling and allows either Mark or Sydney to trim all 4 paws in pure comfort and with no bad reaction. Don’t even pause - just book with Oh Paws!! (Ha! I did NOT just write that!! 😝) Seriously, they are amazing!! Thank you Mark and Sydney!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark! My elderly dog has become really sensitive about his nails as he ages, and after some bad experiences. He would panic when a groomer tried to do them, and he was becoming increasingly scared when I tried to do them at home. I was feeling so stressed about his lengthening nails, but it seemed everyone's solution was to slap a muzzle on him, sedate him, manhandle him, hold him down.. I just knew in my heart that wasn't the right way. It only made him more scared, and it got worse and worse every time because he wasn't being shown it didn't have to be scary. I highly, HIGHLY recommend bringing your pets here. I was anxious to bring in my dog Melvin because he was long overdue for a trim, but Mark made me feel at ease immediately. He even explained how I can inexpensively recreate their setup at home so that I won’t need to pay for a trim every time my dogs need it. Sydney was so patient and welcoming and went above and beyond to give expert care to Melvin. Can’t wait to return next week for Melvin’s sister’s appointment.

Mark is amazing! I have a very difficult dog who doesn't let anyone do her nails, but he got it done! It really is a miracle! He was very patient and calm and got my dog through it. He didn't give up! Thank you so much! I am very grateful. We will be back soon! ☺️

Have a skittish 8 month old puppy who has successfully resisted all efforts to have all nails trimmed. Sidney (sp?) did a great job trimming her nails using a dremmel tool and suspension harnesses. They were calm, comforting and business-like getting all 21 nails trimmed. Great option for nail trim resistant dogs.
