Oh My Dog Galharde

The best groomers, I’ve been taking my golden retriever here since he was a puppy and I always had a great experience. They have reasonable prices, and the products they use keeps him smelling good for a long time! I love the stickers and ties they put on him, you can tell the owners/workers really do care about your pets! Thank you for always doing an amazing job on my little baby Mason!

We had a wonderful experience at “Oh My Dog.” The staff was professional and friendly, and my dog looked and smelled amazing. They were kind and patient with my high-energy Doberman. I highly recommend this place for grooming!

Two stars because even though the haircut of my shitzu came out good the girl on the front desk had an attitude. Edit: I just notice that they cut up one of my shitzu on the stomach. DO NOT BOOK THEM AT ALL!

Just walked out of this store and I have to say the lady who works the front desk had terrible customer service skills. She has no business working in a pet accessory grooming store. I brought in a Jacket for my dog for an even exchange same item just different size. They refused to exchange the item saying they do not honor the 30 day store exchange policy, and that it is actually a 6-7 day policy (which is it?). I then told her it was a gift for the holiday and that they mentioned to who purchased the item that it was a 30 day return. I proceeded to speak to request to speak to her manager, to which she chose to call and speak in a different language and did not let me speak to the owner/manager. At the end of the day I was not asking for money back nor was I asking for store credit just

I brought my dog onyx to get groomed because I heard a lot of great things and they did not disappoint. My dog came out looking great and smelling amazing. The staff were very professional and very attentive with my dog. I would definitely recommend this place to any dog owner. PS: I come from Bergen county to get him groomed here…. Definitely worth it!!!
