We went to this store to get a spider for our daughter and it was such a lovely experience! Everyone was so welcoming and shared so much information with us about all the animals. We got to pet and see various critters, some that we would probably never get to encounter on the day to day. I love when people are passionate about animals and want to share their knowledge with you. It makes for such a core memory experience. Its also really wonderful to support local businesses. I will definitely be going back again!

I used to really love this place, so I've been debating leaving this review for a while, but this store has gone so downhill. I decided I wasn't even gonna bother coming back after the last time I stopped in for superworms and crickets. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes while the workers just carried on personal conversations with each other. I asked some girl there for help and she said she wasn't talking to me because she saw someone she knew come into the store and wanted to talk to him instead. I kept trying to get the attention of other people working there just to be ignored. It was incredibly rude and irritating to say the least. This place is epic. So many reptile, turtle, fish, birds etc. they have tanks and accessories and plants and pet foods. They have two parrots that are so beautiful sitting in the center of the store they have such a good life it seems. Staff is so funny and nice! Got 4 snails for our beta fish tank . Def will be back it’s like a small zoo!
