They are pretty good with healthy pets. When my cat was old and having breathing problems, they suggested I go to some place in Salem. A friend of mine had a similar experience with her dog. Sort of a GP for pets.

The whole staff exudes great care for the pet you take to them. Never before had I experienced a vet and assistant actually get down on the floor when tending to their client. Five stars well earned! My puppy even asked when we could go back for another visit.

My dog had a special case and Dr. Malter was so accommodating and took extra time to explain all the details of her care. It was a bonus to find out she knew some of the staff at OSU where my dog had previously been seen. She was able to consult with the team there before surgery and I felt very reassured that my dog's care as well as caring for clients is of utmost priority.

Dr. Malter is fantastic veterinarian. She is so efficient, knowledgeable, professional and very loving to our pets. She takes her time and explains everything. You never feel rushed under her care. We think the world of her.
