I ordered a padded 4 ply collar and 8 ft rope leash. Both are exceptional quality!! Straight heavy duty, my dog won't be getting loose and she's more comfortable. The shipping took a little bit of time because of the weather but it was definitely worth the wait. Don't waste your money anywhere else if you got a strong dog! This is an update, I ordered the harness and they make them so I knew it would take a couple weeks. But my dog broke the fence and I had to call to ask if they could rush my order. It came only 4 days after calling. It is amazing and so well built. I can honestly say my girl won't be busting out this one lol. And it's padded so she won't hurt herself. Thank you again O'Brien's!! You're the best!!

Ordered 4 collars online and I had the wrong size for 2 of them O'Briens picked up the phone called me and double checked to make sure i had the correct size and told me to call them back after reassuring my dogs neck size. I called back approximately 5 minutes later and to my surprise the phone was picked up by the same guy that called me and without an attitude he took my new measurements and got right on my collar after a casual chitchat. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, It was like dealing with Amazon reps! Nice man and just shows here that your getting good quality merchandise. The way I was treated over the phone shows a lot about a person for me. I wont be dealing with any petstore or any other retailer for that matter when it comes to my dogs,
