Obedient BLUE “School for dogs”

Earlier this year, I had an opportunity to work with Lyndsey when she took in a rescue dog I was helping to care for. The pup, Murphy, had a rough few months before he came to me, but now that he’s in Lyndsey’s care, I know that he has found safety, love and sanctuary. In watching Lyndsey work with Murphy, I am amazed at how she quickly gained his trust and I love to see how happily he responds to her. Lyndsey has also taught me a lot about how to read a dog’s body language and how to set them up for success in my home. I’m so grateful for Lyndsey and Obedient BLUE!

Lyndsey is the definition of a “dog person.” We adopted our buddy Wally from her, and it is obvious that she cares deeply for the dogs that she helps (both through fostering/adoption and training). Lyndsey is very knowledgeable and patient both with the dogs and owners. We had attempted to teach Wally “down,” and after trying multiple techniques found in different videos, could not achieve the desired result. Within one session with her, Wally picked up on “down” and now consistently performs the command. I recommend Lyndsey for her patience and skills. Thank you!!

Lyndsey is absolutely the best and I cannot recommend her more highly. I was obligated to take a class based on the adoption organization I went with but after working with Lyndsey I will take any other dogs that may be in my future, she is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and obviously very skilled at her craft. I saw improvements with my dogs behavior (2.5 years old shown here pre and post training) almost immediately; not to mention the improvements in my ability to understand and interact with my dog. Lyndsey is great with animals and people, if you're looking for a trainer, or even if you're not, you're making a mistake going anywhere else.

Corey the Alaskan Malamute is an 5 year old immensely strong, heavy-duty worker. He is strong-willed and strong-bodied. He tries to dominate those he does not respect. Lyndsey was fantastic working with Corey. We worked on Come, down, stay, place (which he loves) and most important lease work. Corey was terrible on a leash before Lyndsey and now a walk on a leash is very pleasant. Lyndsey takes her time to get to know you and your dog! I seriously think she is the dog whisperer. I learned so much and Corey, Lyndsey and I had fun working together!

I cannot say enough about Obedient BLUE, having a new puppy in a full house was hard. I knew that Maverick would be a great dog, he stayed for a month with Lindsey and she surpassed our expectations in Mav’s training. When we had to leave him, we felt secure in our decision and trusted her wholeheartedly with our puppy. She kept us informed of the progress and assured us that Maverick was following commands. When it came time to train us, we were invited to see the results and she walked us through the process. To this day Maverick has excelled and is the best companion I could ever ask for - thanks to Lindsey. We recommend for boarding and training, you will not be disappointed 🐶
