I’ve never once had an issue with the edgely clinic and we’ve been going there for four years. This last time my husband scheduled with the clinic in Oakes, we’ve never been seen there before, but I had to reschedule due to my dog being very uneasy about traveling at the time and trying to sit on my toddler and he’s a pretty heavy dog. He’s about 160 pounds and it was an hour drive for us. And the receptionist was very unprofessional and argumentative about me rescheduling. I apologized and told her that things happen and she started to guilt trip me, saying that pretty much I wasted their time and other people’s time that could’ve been scheduled.

Hello. I’d like to start this off by personally saying that this is one of the best Veterinarian clinics around that I’ve been to. One of my animals grew ill very sudden and needed urgent attention. Before I came across this Vet clinic I had gone to my original Veterinarian and they had told me that they couldn’t get my animal in for the next 2-3 days (even though my animal was acting really strange - wouldn’t eat, drink, or go to the bathroom for at least 2 days, and continued to grow worse to the point he was hiding in a place that was very hard to get him) therefor I reached out to this vet clinic and they took him in immediately, soon finding out if I would have waited another day or two his bladder would’ve ruptured and he would no longer be with us. Service is not too personal because they take my pet into a separate room to do exams, shots etc. Because of COVID but then they walk into the room with me and talk to me without a mask on. So what's the point? Why can't I see how my pet gets treated like it used to be?

Good vet. Nice set up. Has a professional ferrier come up, equine massage therapist. Never hear anything bad about these guys
