Oakcrest Veterinary Clinic

This was my first time going to Oakcrest.. Dr.Tibbs and his staff were amazing. Even though, I received some bad news about my dog, they made me feel like we were in the right place, getting the best care. They listened to me and answered all of my questions. Dr.Tibbs is caring and very knowledgeable. I can't believe that some of the reviews were bad. Maybe some people are used to the vets that get on the floor and roll around with the dogs but don't really care and don't provide quality service. I got quality care today!! Thanks Dr Tibbs and staff!!

I used to take my cat here faithfully but my last time taking her was my LAST time. Dr. Tibbs should just retire if he hasn’t by now. Very snippy and somewhat aggressive with handling my cat. Didnt want to answer questions of the reason of my visit so he uses vhs tapes instead of talking. I still leave with unanswered questions, youll get the “remedy” but never a answer. This place price gouges, its way cheaper to get the physical prescription and going to cvs up the street or Amazon. Its unclean, small and in a crazy looking area

I had an appointment on the 20th of August 2025.. My 8 year old dog apparently tore a ligament.. Mr. Tibbs The doctor was very rude to me and snappy when he could have explain things in a gentle way.. he act like he tired of his job, His customer service is horrible... Not taking my dog back Found a better vet that treats their customers with respect ... Its very sad that it be your own that treat you like crap.

I recently got a puppy 7 months we named him Mase Face and had no clue to what was in store. Dr Tibbs walked me through step by step what he was doing, answered all of my questions. He gave me info i never knew about puppies. I feel so much better as a dog mom

Black owned, friendly staff, knowledgeable vet. I hated that I couldn’t hold my baby while he got his shots, but otherwise I had a positive visit. Here’s a picture of him in their waiting area.
