This is the only location I will being Archie. Dr Levine is extremely gentle with our dog. The staff all together is phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, considerate. 10 out of 10 recommend. We will be bringing them cookies!

I was told today, I needed to pay $50 because I was unable to catch my cat and get her into the carrier and had to reschedule three times over the last couple of months. I didn’t have 6 appointments at this vet. I guess you are counting other animal hospitals I had appointments with that you work with. My cat had a physical and labs that cost $500, a few months ago. Never mind that vet bills are exorbitant all ready and I haven’t worked in 15 months. No compassion for animals that may be very scared and are difficult. My cat needs medical treatment. Not one staff member tried to help me, either they don’t know what to do, or didn’t want to give me advice or suggestions on how to get my cat to the vet safely. The veterinarians and support staff are excellent, thoughtful, caring and empathetic. We had to euthanize our family dog , which they had cared for his whole 17 year life, they made a terrible day filled with comfort. The sign in the picture was a moving tribute and instruction.

This was my dog's first visit here and she didn't want to leave! Everyone was incredible there, from front desk, to her vet tech and veterinarian. They helped my dog out so much today with her examination, were incredibly informative and transparent with the costs (which were very reasonable), and sent us home with detailed instructions from low-cost spaying options to behavioral training tips to try at home. They truly cared for my pet and there was a lot of love for her there today, which made me so happy. I've been to other practices with my other animals and this was the best experience I've ever had. The front office staff is outstanding. They are personable and seem to enjoy interacting with the patients. The technicians are so patient and caring. Dr. Mills has been outstanding in her care for our new puppy and her willingness to take the time to answer all our questions puts us at ease. So happy we decided to take Casey to Oak Tree Animal Clinic!
