I've always appreciated how well she listens to understand and determine what is best for our whole family, not just our pets. Thank you to Alison for also being kind and compassionate. Alison has treated our pets as if they were her own. I'm very grateful for you both!

We have an older dog who has required continuous special care for joints and other issues. The Oak Heart team always makes her feel welcome and, best of all, their treatment therapies have helped! The staff listen to us, and are very good at providing options without pressure. It’s a busy office but we appreciate them making all of us feel special.

They helped me find the right flea treatment for my bunny Bugz and gave me info on how to change up his diet for his health. Everyone there is nice and u don't have to wait long for appointments. They're quick and efficient in there care.

Oak Heart Vet Hospital has been an amazing resource for our pet bunnies over the years. Dr. Brown is a calm and gentle soul, and very knowledgeable about rabbits and she genuinely cares. I appreciate that she doesn't jump to evasive procedures like some other vets would and provides extra knowledge for bunny care. We just had an opportunity to meet Dr Rochte and he was very understanding and has a very thoughtful and caring demeanor. He was very thorough with checking our bunny not only for the issue I brought him in for but also his general well being and health. I highly recommend them for not recommending expensive procedures if they are not needed, and for causing the least amount of stress for our animals. The lady I just spoke with on the phone, I believe it’s Ashely, was not very nice and lost her cool on the phone as I was asking questions to be well informed before she took my money. She got frustrated with me for asking questions when she just wanted to take my $58 deposit. I’m going to call around if I can find another vet but I am compelled to bring my dog to the vet tomorrow since it is the soonest appointment I have found so far. I’m not sure why someone would behave that way with a new client, it didn’t make me feel good and am a little concerned for the visit. I will update this review accordingly.
