Customer Reviews
I've been going there for over 20 years. My fur babies receive the best care. The Dr's and support staff are the best. They take a lot of time to explain and educate me regarding their medical care. The staff treat my pets the same as they would their own. I have a lot of respect and trust for the entire staff.
I am forever grateful for Dr H. and this clinic! They have never left us stranded in a bind and have taken such good care of our fur-babies. I know that I can be a pain When my dogs are sick, but this office has offered nothing but patience and kindness!
Dr Ben is the best Vet we have used and we have had many pets for over 30 years. He is so experienced, thoughtful and compassionate. He did 3 ACL surgeries that were very effective on 2 different dogs, treated some rare illnesses and general routine vet services. We are extremely happy and even though we moved we will drive the hour plus to see him. His staff is outstanding as well.
I bring my crazy dog here, and the staff is so kind and patient. Dr. Ben is so nice; he's very transparent and thorough during the exam. Feels good to have a Vet Office you can trust.
This used to be the best veterinarian on the southside and I loved Dr. Ben Welbourne. The last time I went, my cat had a physical (not from Dr.Ben)and I was told the cat was But that I could do precautionary blood work if I still wished. I was not told that the precautionary blood work would end up being $500. My cats blood was drawn, and I had a surprise Bill of $500 that I refused to pay due to not being told the upfront cost. I was also told that my cat needed a tooth removed that I wanted to schedule and do his bloodwork prior to that date. I was told that my cat needed blood work because he had kidney disease even though I said that he did not and I was just wondering if he did.because he lost .5 of a pound. I sent two emails trying to contact my regular Vet Dr. Ben to discuss this
