To the person stating that this store is a shady operation I hope that the competition hasn’t put you up on this nyc pet and its ownership have been in the industry almost 50 years and has a flawless reputation if a some reason you feel that the integrity of a product is subpar please contact the store manager directly .

BEWARE!!! A lot of the cat food on sale is expired! Even more concerning, all the cat treats in the sales bin look like they’ve had their expiration dates intentionally scrubbed off. This place has some shady business practices for sure. I hope no one accidentally feeds their animal expired food. I’ll never be coming back here.

First time customer at NYC Pet and new to the neighborhood, the staff took care of all of my needs. I am owner of a new puppy, and the staff recommended me to all of the starter essentials that I needed for my puppy. I'll be returning guite frequently.

The manager Paulina was so helpful in helping my dog find the perfect harness that fit. I struggled so long to find one that fits her & Paulina patiently helped me make adjustments and try on different harnesses. The store also has so many items!

Very nice cashier. Decent selection and okay prices.
