Nova's Ark Pet Care

I am sharing this to protect other pet owners. On October 23rd, my purebred female puppy was in the care of this provider. During that time, she suffered fatal injuries due to what I believe was negligent care, and she passed away on-site while in their care. Afterward, I learned that this provider did not have a business license to operate pet care, which I was not aware of beforehand. The timeline of events, veterinary findings, and the pending animal control report raised extremely serious concerns about the level of supervision and safety provided. I was given conflicting explanations about what happened, none of which matched her condition when I arrived. Losing her has been devastating. My German Shepherd and I love this place! It's a loving home not a steral kennel. He is by nature a nervous dog and Nova is great with him and knows how to handle him, and he loves her and going there. If you want a home away from home for your pet, this is it!

We just dropped off our pup and we LOVE this place. Really kind person running it. And any dog would love it here! Soooooo much better than regular boarding options- I don’t know if he’s going to want to come home haha
