Norwichtown Pet Resort & Spa

Norwichtown Pet Resort is AMAZING. I found my new place. This was Martins first time going there. He hasn’t gotten groomed in years (we do it at home where he’s more comfortable) as he has lots of separation anxiety. He not only did so well, but the groomer and the staff were amazing. The staff reassured me, the groomer even called to review what exactly I wanted and had such a KIND voice and personality. My Martin came home looking ADORABLE and sent him home with an Easter bandana which just might be the CUTEST thing in the world!!!!! He still has it on and loves it!!!! Thank you for making my baby perfect again and making us so happy. We will see you soon!

My dog loves coming to doggy daycare. I take him every other day and my dog races to the door on the days he goes. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. My dog is shy with new people but I feel like he has grown so much since going to doggy daycare. I also love that my dog is tired at the end of the day. It’s a great way to get his energy out. Also a nice bonus that they take tons of photos of the dogs each day.

My baby girl Brandi goes to daycare here a couple times a week and she loves it! She is so excited to go in the morning. She is apprehensive when meeting new people but has learned to love the people there as much as the interaction with the other dogs. They post pictures every day so I can see what she did that day, which is a huge plus. I highly recommended them!

We dropped off our dog only for the day. Our dog needs meds timed between feedings and they understood and handled it easily. The customer portal had basic displays, but we could not add additional services using the portal. Still, highly recommend.

Wonderful place to keep your pets safe and sound when they can't stay at home. My cat "Flee" is super affectionate and clingy, so times apart from the family can cause him anxiety. Since he's been stating with Norwichtown Pet Resort, his recovery time from separations is continuously decreasing with every visit. Of course, I do opt for the cuddles and story time perks.
