Norton Animal Hospital

When we first started going here years ago they were great. Unfortunately, since they sold to the private equity group VetCor - Harvest Partners we have continually seen rapid rises in pricing. The price increases go beyond inflation and we had to find another local vet that we could afford. We also felt there was upselling of shots and medication that may not have been fully needed based on my pets particular circumstances. Our experience with the Vets and Vet Techs as always positive.

We recently made the switch to Norton Animal Hospital at the beginning of 2025, and I can confidently say it was the best decision for all of our pets. From the very first visit, every member of the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and treat our pets with genuine care and compassion. It's clear they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both the animals and their owners. We feel very lucky to have found a vet office we can trust and feel comfortable with. I would recommend everyone to Norton Animal Hospital — we’re so glad we found them!

Very nice staff who are knowledgeable in their roles, and the facility is clean and well organized. The separate waiting areas for cats and dogs are a big plus! They even have warming blankets for cats which they love. I highly recommend bringing your furry family members here.

Lovely spot. Vets take time to assure themselves you have understood and asked all the questions you want. Technicians adore animals. Compassionate people and fun to be with. Easy to get appointments.

Amy, Cindy and all the front desk staff are knowledgeable , Helpful and friendly. Technicians are kind, informative, and so gentle with our pets. The Doctors at Norton Animal Hospital are all wonderful! Kind and compassionate and personable, and truly seem invested in care and health our fur babies.
