Northwoods Veterinary Hospital

Northwoods Veterinary Hospital was wonderful! Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and explained in a way we could understand our options. They were great with our boy!! We will be using them from now on.

I grew up in Spirit Lake and this was the only vet near our area. When I moved away I ended up coming BACK to them and drive 30mins to see them because I have never had such incredible care for my animals like I do with NorthWoods Vet. They are so compassionate and amazing. They truly care and bend over backwards for your fur babies. I love them and won't go anywhere else.

I always have a good experience visiting with my special needs dogs. Dr Clovis is patient with my mentally impaired dog and is knowledgeable about her specific needs. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Northwoods is a great vet and has always been amazing to work with. We have been bringing our pets to Northwoods for the past 14 years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They are very friendly and we are very grateful for all the care they have provided to our pets.

I have an older dog who's suffering from cushings. The manufacturer of the drug that is used to treat this condition suggests that a hormone test should be done every 6 months. My dog has had many of these tests of which none of them resulted in a prescription adjustment. The last test the dog got there was nothing more than a spanking for me, since I wasn't able to get him in for the test before his medication ran out. They knowingly gave him a test, that would be inaccurate because he had not been taking the meds because they withheld his perception in order to grab my money, then when it came to telling me the results, they glided right over that, and acted like I was so eager to write that check. Okay. I will try to be better prepared. Fast forward. Once again they withheld his life
