First time boarding my dog. Everyone was super kind and i love the the report they give you when you pick up your animal how well they did if there were any issues. I also love that they have a spa so my dog got a bath before pick up and they provide a lot of options such as food or you bring your own they give meds and do walks even add on extra services private or public play times. The place is huge so you know that your animal will get good excerise during play time. Super happy with this spot and will be using them again as well as recommending them to others.

I have a lot of respect for the caring nature of the staff, good communication, follow up if there are any concerns and knowledge. I have been boarding my pet for nearly 12 years and feel good about leaving her under their care. I use their grooming service as well and her groomer does q wonderful job.

We've been using Northwind for the past 5 years! We did shop for a pet boarding place years ago initially and found Northwind. Clearly and consistently, Northwind has been a top notch winner in pet boarding for as long as 14 consecutive days for our Bichon mix puppies Bentley and Bobbi. We can tell that the staff there are welcoming and love our puppies. They are happy and excited to meet us upon pick up. Northwind folks have always given us honest feedback in the puppies' diet, interaction with other dogs, and general demeanor. Out of the many times we boarded the puppies, only twice, Bentley and Bobbi took turns coming home not feeling well most likely 'cuz they were boarded on the left side. My two huskies spent a day at doggie daycare and had a great time. They are a very busy place, but always take the time to handle my pups and be patient with them. I appreciate the staff and the great care they provide. Also recently boarded my huskies while I went out of state to help care for an ill parent. My stress was already high from the situation and leaving my fur babies only added stress. The staff were so kind and understanding. They gave me updates whenever I wanted and the pictures they sent were great. I am not sure the fur babies missed me at all! They had so much fun. I had them groomed on the day I picked them up too. It was the best grooming they had ever had. Super impressed and just love this place. See photos of fun.

Northwind kennels is the Hilton of pet boarding! Facilities are immaculate and very well-maintained. The staff is friendly. My grand puppies (the Schnauzers)were well taken care of and received daily pictures of them while on vacation. Peace of mind knowing they were happy and safe!
