Dr. Draca and her assistant Nenad are both absolutely amazing. Their knowledge and care for my dogs is top notch. I can always count on them to answer every question I have with knowledge as well as compassion. I’ve received both emails and texts to assure the best care for my fur babies. Their love for my Rottie Capone makes me recognize this is the only vet for him. Thanks so much for all you do.

I brought my 18 year old cat Blackie to Northwest on February 25th 2025. He was very old and hurting, and had to be put down. The doctor, Ms Mckenzie Allen, held my hand and made my boys passing as calm and peaceful as I could have ever hoped for. The team at Northwest was patient and caring, allowing my husband and I to grieve as we needed to. I would 100% recommend them as a trusting caring source of help for your babies. Rest well, Blackie, you are still missed.

My daughter came in for her pet yesterday. There was this young man who is short, short hair, and he was wearing all black. I’ve never came across this accident but he was making my daughter very uncomfortable. There was a lot said by the assistant that was more different than the doctor. I would like the manager to talk to me. What is the best phone number.

The staff was great. I couldn’t be happier with the Doctor who took the time to give a thorough explanation of what might be happening with our pup and my options, putting my mind at peace. Thank you!
