Staff is so knowledgeable and helpful 💗 they’re really caring and even remembered when my kitties had surgery and were helpful with post op care. They even helped me with a local delivery when I wasn’t feeling my best. I’m so grateful to have them in town to give my pets the best high quality food and care. Staff is very friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. They offer many services and have a much better selection of healthier quality food for our pets than any other pet store around. I also live in Cheshire and for the days I can't get across town they deliver to our home complimentary which is so nice and helpful!

Our veterinarian suggested us to go to NorthPoint and get some advice an a new diet for our dog. All the employees are very knowledgeable. We had a awesome experience. They have a big selection on raw dog food. They have 2 good size dog washing station. They supply everything for you to wash you own dog. Really nice place.

Truly the best of the best! Jessica’s nail trims are always made so easy with my 90lb Doberman. The most knowledgeable, trustworthy staff! Always a 10/10 experience even on a busy day. Their products are top of the line and the best you could buy for your pets. I drive over 30 minutes to come here and it’s worth it every time. Really appreciate the ethics and values the north point crew maintains!
