Northlake Pet Hospital

Hands down. Best pet hospital in North Texas. I have taken my dog multiple times over the past few years and each visit is 20-30 minutes top. They get you in and out and make sure your pet is taken care of. This place is the standard all pet hospitals should live up to.

Our family has been going to Dr. Blake Rochell, and his excellent staff, since August of 2021, when we moved to Argyle. We had 3 older dogs and 5 feral cats. The service and costs have been fantastic, and they always try to work us in when an emergency arises. We have had two of our dogs pass away, and Dr. Rochell has been very caring. In fact, this week we had to put to sleep our 15 year old dog that had a quick form of cancer that only gave us about one day to say good bye. We were heart broken at the speed of the disease. While I held my pal, Dr. Rochell administered the medication. I believe he was almost as sad as we were. Brought my dog in because he stopped eating & pooping and usually gets anal gland issues every so often when this happens. The doctor checked and said his anal glands were empty which was a plus but didn’t share any insight on what to feed him to get him interested & pooping again. The tech ran out of the room and the vet just sat there. Lmao I swear it was the weirdest vet experience and my dog is 7 years old. These people aren’t really helpful and the vet tech had a funky attitude. I handed her my dog’s leash so she could take him back and then when she brought him back, instead of handing me the leash back she dropped it on the floor. I brought my dog in for a cherry eye surgical procedure and had the most phenomenal experience with Dr. Blake Rochell and the Northlake Pet Hospital team! They were all so thorough with pre and post-care instructions. The pricing was straightforward from the very beginning. They truly care for every animal that comes in.

North Lake Pet Hospital has been absolutely wonderful. While I was on vacation, my dog’s health declined very quickly and our pet sitter had to bring her in. Dr. Nejtek cared for her and guided me through the entire process, even from afar. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. This was an incredibly difficult time for my family, but the compassion and communication I received from Dr. Nejtek exceeded all expectations. Today, I received a handwritten letter from Dr. Nejtek and the entire staff offering their condolences. That personal touch truly showed how much they cared, not just about me, but about my beloved dog. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support during such a hard time.
