Amazing staff! Amazing services! The vet takes so much pride in his work! Y'all saved my cats life and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much. This clinic is also one of very few within a 100 mile radius of steuben county, NY that will take your pets with or without insurance and they d{my hesitate to take your pet even after explaining to them that you do not have high rates of income if any. They will work with you and your let to make sure everything is handled properly and safely

Me and my husband have been taking our Cat 🐈 here for her allergy shots for the past 8-10 mths or so. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They treat our cat (which is our BABY!) just like we would and are reasonable when it comes to prices and billing. The wait time to get in is sometimes a little longer than expected but it's because of the pandemic. You have to sit in your vehicle until they come out to get you for your appointment and they are working with lots of animals which can be very unpredictable so I suppose it is understandable (the wait time). I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, nice place for a vet. If you're in a pinch and can't pay your whole bill in one stop but also need care for your animal, they will work with you, ei. Take so much mone

So many bad experiences to share, first a couple years ago I took my dog for his routine check, I kept being asked his info (breed, age, medical history, etc) I thought this was strange as they should have had that information being he had gone there for several years but answered anyway. We get all the way through the appointment and I get the discharge papers and noticed they had the wrong address and person. Suddenly the questions they were answering made sense. When I told the lady the information was wrong she berated me telling me I scheduled the appointment wrong. Then a couple years later, my very small dog was attacked in my yard by a couple much bigger dogs, they refused to see him citing he was a little past due for his shots forcing me to find him a new vet who would see him.
