I’ve been bringing my animals to Dr. Beal and the team at NEVCC for the past 5 years, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Beal has been there for us through everything, from routine new puppy visits to managing our geriatric dog’s health, and on more than one occasion she has quite literally saved our dogs’ lives (I cannot make up these stories!). In emergent situations, the clinic management team has always gone above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly, make recommendations on when to seek emergency care at OSVS or Pieper, and ensure our pets receive the care they need. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice and their dedicated team. We have been taking our animals (two dogs and a cat) to Dr. Beal and her team for 4 years now. They’ve seen us through everything from an emergent colonic torsion, foreign body removals, dental visits, cancer screenings, to basic routine check ups and maintenance care. No matter what we’re there for, the team at NVCC has always taken the best care of our family, giving excellent specialist recommendations and at-home recovery care instructions. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Dr. Beal was extraordinary with us. We had an emergency with our dog, and we were seen right away. From the moment we walked in, the doctor and her team treated us with so much kindness, love, and respect. Dr. Beal was very honest and compassionate when explaining our dog’s condition. She had been with us for 16 years, and Dr. Beal gave us the time we needed to think and explained our options with clarity and care. Today we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, and once again we were met with understanding and support. Thank you for practicing your profession with true love for animals, not for money.

If I could I would give them a 0. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! Due to their inability to communicate, lack of availability and unfamiliarity with their patients, my family’s healthy 15 year old Norwich terrier with a known underlying trachea issue which has never been a problem is now dead. He was given an unnecessary vaccine with a side affect of severe coughing and as a result his trachea catastrophically collapsed! He was in significant distress and needed to be put down and they couldn’t even make time to call my parents back let alone put him down. After waiting 2 hours for a call back from the vet my 80+ year old parents drove to Ocean state emergency veterinary hospital, 45 min away, while trying to breathe for him, cPR without compression, where they put him down. This vet deserves more than 5 stars. They saved my dog’s life! On Saturday March 22nd, our precious Skye was hit by a truck and we really thought we lost her. Northeastern Veterinary Center was the only place open around us at the time. They literally dropped everything they were doing to take her in. They took such good care of her with so much love and patience! Now, she is recovering beautifully! I am so grateful for everyone there that helped us in a way I would’ve never imagined. Again, a millions times thank you Northeastern Vet Center for all that you have done to help our family. You guys are truly amazing! ❤️
