The ambience of this office feels straight out of 1970s Philadelphia — run-down, unwelcoming, and poorly maintained. Honestly, this facility is a slum at best, but everyone inside carries on as if it’s business as usual. I brought in a dog I’m fostering — literally trying to save his life — specifically because he had a rash, bumps, and was constantly itching. Based on my experience with dogs and conversations with other experienced owners, I suspected a skin yeast infection, which can also cause the coughing from hair irritation. Still, I decided to visit this animal hospital to consult a professional. The doctor was actually kind and seemed genuine. This Vet means business! Here to focus on our furry loved ones. Not the glitz and the glamour. Wait times are minimal, doesn’t over charge and provides clear instructions. More vets should be like him.

From the front office staff to the doctor nothing but great things to say. My pug has seen so many vets for his skin and ear issues and after coming here one visit the doctor knew right away what was wrong . The service here is unmatched and very affordable! Highly recommended!

This is my first time owning an American Bully, came here for my pup to get his ears cropped. Definitely would recommend! The doctor made sure all my expectations were met! I was very picky on the shape/size & a clean cut. The staff were amazing answering all my questions and concerns. Attached are pictures when i first pick him up, a week after, & after the stitches were removed. Thank you all for your help!

Dr. Hong and his staff are amazing. My 17 yr old, Dalmatian has been a very happy patient for eight years. Recently, I took my tiny, 5.5lb, 11 yr old Chihuahua, Daniella, in for a teeth cleaning (very heavy plaque build up) because I had the option of not putting her under to complete the procedure. Wow! The procedure was fast, through and I was able to save one of her back molars (at least for now). The fee was under $55. As long as the owner is willing to participate in the process...Dr. Hong offers an amazing option to the high-cost, lengthy procedure available at most vet offices, where the pet is first put under a general anesthesia.Thank you Dr. Hong and staff.
