This place is absolutely amazing. I started bringing my dog here since he was 10 pounds, and now he’s 102. The whole team has seen how my baby got so big, they so kind with him, and gentle. Doctor Delisle is the best, she is passionate and dedicated about her job, always answering questions about Joey Junior. Thank you to the all team.

The very best! Dr. Barnes and the entire veterinary team are kind, thorough, accommodating, and so patient with my two senior dogs (and me!), and we are so grateful for the excellent care we’ve received over the last 10+ years.

I've been to many vets in my life. This was the first time I've seen a detailed care plan with a high and low-cost estimate given to the pet-parent before doing any treatments. Absolutely brilliant way of conducting a pet-friendly and wallet-savvy business. In addition, the care given was relaxed and well orchestrated. The front desk was wonderfully helpful as well, being able to squeeze us in since we were 5 min and a day early. Highly recommend, would go back. LGBT friendly.

I have trusted my dogs care to this practice for years. I work mostly with one vet with whom I am completely satisfied. My concern is that in the last year, no one answers the phone when I call. . The office has staff. I don’t understand why no one can answer the phone, ever.

When my husband called to let me know he had found 2 abandoned 5-week old kittens outside of his office in Springfield, my first thought was to call NVC. The staff and vets at NVC were so thorough, kind, and gave us everything we needed to take care of Rosie and Xena. Xena had some facial trauma, and they jumped into action right away, showing us how to syringe feed her and make sure she was getting water and food. I'm happy to say that with their help, Rosie and Xena are now 9 months old, healthy and thriving! Thank you so much for helping us take care of our babies, I couldn't imagine life without them now!
