North Royalton Animal Hospital

We were patients here back in 2020 for a couple of years. We ended up switching vets due to it being expensive after my dogs dental surgery. Fast forward to 2025 and my dog was diagnosed with bone cancer that spread to her lungs. Our normal vet was closed on the weekend she started struggling to breathe. We called North Royalton to see if they could get us in to sadly put her down since we didn’t want to make her suffer until Monday. North Royalton animal hospital took us right away and showed us so much grace and kindness. I was worried they would rush us and treat us poorly since we changed vets but they did the exact opposite. They gave us all the time we needed and even sent us flowers the following day. I am forever grateful for their staff during one of the worst days of my life. The

Tried this vet for the first time yesterday and it was great start to finish! Front desk was so sweet and even allowed me to go in a room since my kitty was sick to prevent others from illness. Vet assistant Jade is so nice! She is very knowledgeable and gave me great tips. We saw Dr. Friedman and she was amazing! She knew exactly what was wrong with my little guy. And keep in mind this whole trip was free since I was a new patient! They also gave me a goody bag too! Loved this experience I will definitely be back. :)

We had a good experience at North Royalton Animal Hospital! Our cat came to us crying one day with urinary issues and after calling around we were able to book an urgent care appointment day of. The staff were very kind and helpful and the price of services were competitive and fair. Our issues were resolved after a couple visits, change of (prescription) diet, and a follow up visit a month later. Overall the good value and caring staff are a reason to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Three weeks ago, I said good-bye to my big, beautiful bulldog, Emma. My friend. Emma was with me when I was married, then divorced and she traveled across 3 states with me. She brought so much love wherever she went and especially through the people she brought into our lives. Such was the case with the magnificent Dr. Singleton and all the amazing veterinary technicians and front office administrative assistants at North Royalton Animal Hospital! I remember knowing that Emma would need better care and special care as a senior with several big health issues. I will never forget our first appointment in December 2004 when Dr. Singleton shared the myriad of ways Emma’s arthritic pain could be managed and then developing a plan that indeed provided a tremendous easement to Emma’s everyd

Our pet has been a patient of Dr. Travis for over 16 years. She and her staff are so caring and take the time with you as needed. We recently made the hardest decision of our lives to put our best friend to rest. Dr. Travis and the staff (I am so sorry I don't remember all of their names) explained the process and offered us and our pet so much support and dignity. This was our second pet (32 years) that we have brought to North Royalton Animal Hospital. If we choose to bring another precious life into our space, I would return to North Royalton Animal Hospital again. I would choose Dr. Travis and her staff hands down.
