Excellent facility; clean and organized. Our Border Collie, Rufus loves it there. The owners are wonderful and caring. For Xmas, Rufus got a special home cook meal. Both my husband and I and I have tried to make contact. I’ve emailed twice and he actually talked to Caroline. We have 2 mini doodles and wanted to tour their facility. Caroline said she would contact him with some dates. For a website that advertises luxury resort and the grounds look beautiful it’s rather disturbing that they do not communicate. What are they doing in Mt Vernon. I also investigated and it seems like they are part of a chain. I’m so very disappointed. We are looking for a place like this looks to leave our fur babies on occasion. Good Luck
