North Meridian Pet Retreat

We plan our routes for cross country road trips around which kennels are the best for our dogs. We have shepherds and many places are hesitant to interact with them, but we’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is wonderful. They are kind, caring, and the dogs never act scared to go in! The setup is great too. Plenty of outdoor space, nicely sized kennels, and the owner is a vet so I have peace of mind that they’ll be cared for well in the event it’s needed. Will always recommend.

Impossible to get them to return a call, left two voicemails never got a callback. Was not well received when I made my first visit inquiring about dog boarding. I made a second visit today, looking to board my dog three times a month while I am away at work. They acted like they didn’t want my business. Would not recommend them if they were the last place in town.

This is an amazing place. They really care about the animals they take care of. I felt like they really went above and beyond what normal shelters do. I could see a huge difference in my dogs when I picked them up, they were happy to see me but not running for the door to get out of there. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. This is truly a great place for your dogs.

I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs here. Very caring and and professional people. Kennels are clean and they take your baby walking on the trails next to the kennels a couple of times a day!
