North Memorial Animal Hospital and Paw Spaw

We are new to the area and chose this clinic for our fur baby. Everyone here was friendly and our girl loved them! Nice clean environment and especially liked that it didn’t smell like a boarding facility. The Dr listened to us and was very good with our pooch. She got her annual check up and vaccinations. She has always had a hard time with shots and requires Benadryl to keep from having an allergic reaction. The clinic called us a couple of times to check on Bentley and told us if we needed anything to call and they would see her immediately. We loved that they went above and beyond for our girl!

Staff was very friendly and were able to get my dog in super fast for an emergency. They were very nice to call and check up. Unfortunately my girl had to be put to sleep and everyone there was extremely supportive. Thank you.

Prompt, professional and courteous service. Very clean and were very good with my kitten. Made sure he was well taken care of and I understood everything going on. Highly recommend this business and am grateful to have found them to care for my pet. Prices are competitive.

Wednesday, Dr, Hoffman, and Dr. Altman are so caring, compassionate and helpful. I called this office on a Friday, desperate for help, as one of dogs ate a foreign object. My primary veterinary office was closed. I contacted North Memorial with the expectation that I might be turned away, since my dogs were never seen there. From the moment the receptionist, Alexis, answered the phone she was willing to help. Not only was she willing to speak with the doctor to see about an appointment for my dogs, but she also took the time to listen to me. Thankfully an appointment was able to be scheduled and my dogs were able to be seen the same day. Technician Wednesday worked with me and made sure to explain everything throughout the visit. Took my dog here a couple of times and it was okay. On the last time I took him I left work early because he had an appointment so my pregnant partner met me at the vet with him. I go in and the lady at the front said they tried to call me but the vet isn’t in office apparently the day they scheduled me. So I pulled my phone out and check the call logs right in front of her, I asked her to show they called me and she couldn’t. So yeah left a bad taste in my mouth and I had to find a new vet 👍🏻 Responding to the comment below. Hey nice try you tried to make it seem okay. But that is not at all what happened.
