North Madison Veterinary Clinic

After having poor experience at a previous vet, North Madison Veterinary Clinic is great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I don’t think I’ve encountered a more thorough vet and tech before. Both were top tier! ❤️

Sadie went to vet in June they didn't know what was wrong with her. Sadie then went back to our madison vet to see if they could do anything for her they give her some pain medicine but Sadie was still pretty sick. Sadie unfortunately was dying we believe she had some kind of cancer. She started out with nose bleeds then we went from not able to walk to on her front leg to all four. Then not able to eat without getting sick everyday. My sweet Sadie was only 9 year old she went to heaven on September 7, 2024. My heart is forever broken. I'm lost without her. I wish madison vet could have done more I wish could have told me if was cancer or not. I just don't understand how a healthy dog can get so sick. 3 pictures when Sadie was sick and last one when she very healthy & happy.

We are in town for the week and our schitzu had an emergency. We went in North Madison Veterinary Clinic and immediately the girl at the desk told us to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that they were busy! We went up the road to Waltz veterinary clinic and they took us right in! Even though they were also busy. Thank you Waltz!

Today was our 1st visit and it was a super hard one. We had to let our little Maggie cross the rainbow bridge.. They really helped make it go as smoothly as possible. They was very patient with us and understanding. I appreciate their kindness today.

Ever since this vet opened, I have taken my dogs and cats there. The staff are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Given the circumstances you would find yourself in, they treat you with the utmost respect. The vets and technicians are respectful and professional. When I lost my pitbull a year and a half ago and got her cremated, the genuine compassion and empathy that I received from the staff was so commendable. I found myself there yesterday with my mother and her dog and again nothing short of five star service. I had an appointment for my cat at a different local vet here in town, to which I received completely opposite service. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was uncomfortable with every aspect. Not only was the receptionist very disrespectfu
