I had talked to and visited several vets about my African Grey parrot and Claire. The vet was absolutely fabulous. Had a great bedside manner and knew all the reactions of my Hazel the African Grey parrot… Her assistant was very knowledgeable on diet and all of the test that they were going to run on my 30-year-old African Grey. I highly recommend this group to anybody who has a parrot, dog or cat.

Great atmosphere. Great staff. So friendly and will sit down and spend time with you to answer all your questions. They don't try to upsell you and for me coffee is a plus! Now to get Ocean to not bark at everything! Thank you!! ❤️

I highly recommend North Hills Animal Hospital. The overall experience has been consistently positive, the pricing is reasonable and transparent, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The veterinarians are kind and patient with my cat, Heyhey, and they always provide professional, thoughtful advice. When appropriate, they also offer proper referrals instead of pushing unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. The nurses and front desk staff are warm and genuinely caring. It’s very clear that they truly love animals, and Heyhey is always treated with so much kindness here. This is a clinic I trust and feel comfortable returning to long-term.

I’m new to the area and I had only been here one other time so when it came time to let my little dog piper cross the rainbow bridge I took her here because they were so nice the first time I came in. I was met with so much kindness and empathy around this devastating event. The entire staff was so incredible. My dog had so many people that loved her so I came in with my husband, other dog and two friends. They gave us all plenty of space and were so sweet to my little dog. I felt totally comfortable being able to cry and grieve the entire time I was there. Two weeks later they sent me the most thoughtful card signed by the whole staff. Dr Gunderson is the best! I completely trust her with my pups care. I have two sensitive dogs, and she’s so patient and gentle with them. They now get so excited to see her. The whole team is always helpful and friendly! We love their new building!
