The staff felt rude, no hello or acknowledgment when walking up to them for my appointment. The staff was very monotone and seemed bored of everyone. Dr. Robbin’s did not feel all there, her attention didn’t feel like it was on my guinea pig, which was further proved when she was not paying attention when clipping his nails and cut too deep into the quick and made him bleed. She is a vet that should know how far to cut or at least know it’s a two-person job with dark nails; I tend to need a flashlight to cut them. It made me very upset she caused him pain. I won’t be going back. They did diagnose my guinea pig, which has brought me relief, but she gave me very vague directions on treatment even when I had to ask. Dr. Robbin’s did recommend a product brand when asked but did not write it do

My brother and sister in law bring there two fur babies, Wilber(yorkie) and Willow(i forgot). So now I bring my( standard chihuahua)Brutus, and my dad's dog (Yorkie)Belgum. It's now a family affair!! I also told my friend, Mike, and he brings his cat(she, her name is Skipper, but I call her Skipperette)!! Kind of hard not to go to North Franklin Veterinary and love it!! All of the staff are awesome, including the cat that watches the place like she/he owns the place!!! Lol!! So, yes, I drive 45- 50 minutes instead of 5 minutes away. It's worth the drive, I'm pretty sure your fur babies are worth going the extra mile!!!

They have always taken great care of my beloved boxer. He is an actual family member of mine so I wouldn't have any problem traveling if this wasn't the case. But this place has been extra good to us so I can't picture going anywhere else. I have had visits with every vet there and no matter what one you get it's top notch. Thank you!

Our pup needed help on the weekend and they were closed. But they told me to bring her in the next day, on mother's day nonetheless. So I did and they treated her with the utmost respect. Very good mannerism. Thank you!

Highly recommend North Franklin Veterinary Services ! They took my Dog Bella in with just a 2 hour wait with no appointment for an emergency surgery for removal of tumors in her abdomen . Along with some other issues she needed medication for . Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Extremely professional accommodating and judgment free . I will continue to bring my Dog there for all necessary services . I cannot thank them enough they saved my baby's life and for that I will forever be eternally grateful . Please consider them for your pets needs !
