The staff was amazing. For my pups (7 month Labs) this was their first real trip away from home and they were scared. The staff playes with them getting them to relax, and then worked as a team to administer shots so quickly they didn't realize what was going on until it was over. Additionally had my grandmothers 15yo lab, it was clear that they were purely interested in his quality of life, not selling anything, not invasive testing. All of our pets will be going here.

We love having this place to bring our pets. They are the best. Edit... We brought our Harley here this morning for euthanasia and was met with the utmost compassion. We had him for 20 years and he will surely be missed. Thank you very much!

This is the best place. Had been taking my dog there for years. Unfortunately I had to have her put down due to her having cancer. Everyone there was so wonderful and compassionate. They made sure to give me the time I needed with her. It is a wonderful place and very reasonable price too.

Been with this vet for over 3 years... Just went for our annual for the pups and Mrs. Moses asked if we had any concerns. I mentioned my daughter's dogs incision area from being spayed had herniated and gotten bigger and bigger over the year (we took pictures documenting the hernia start and growth, also UF animal hospital confirmed it was the spay incision) she had been brought in to North Florida Animal Rescue multiple times for those concerns only for the front desk to simply brush us off saying there's nothing that can be done about it. After spayed she has very frequent and small potties, vet ran a urine test and said her pH is high and that's probably her problem. The vet tried gaslighting me and saying it never herniated and it is just her bellybutton that was herniated, and that he
