I brought my boy cat in because he had no bowel movements in almost 4 days. They got him in quickly while I did my paperwork for him. They took X-Rays to see what they were working with and got my boy fixed up very quickly! The whole team seemed to care about their little kitty patient and cared about us cat parents. The pricing was amazing for everything they did for my boy! They even let me keep a copy of his X-Ray after the procedure! They’ve eased my mind and I would definitely recommend this emergency vet!

I did not want to spend my Saturday evening taking my best boy, Zero, to the vet for his raging ear infection that was making him and I both miserable. But, if you have to make an unexpected vet visit, this is the place to come! The staff was fantastic and took great care of my boy. The prices were absolutely reasonable as well. My boy is surely on the mend and currently resting comfortably thanks to you guys!

Took my dog there who was having a bad drug reaction to a newly prescribed medication. Visibly shaking, breathing hard and just completely uncomfortable. We were 2nd in line to a pretty sick dog. We waited 2 hours with next to no one showing any concern for my dog and then they have the audacity to see a broken dew claw (who came in after us) before my dog who was having breathing issues. I will never go back and I recommend anyone else needing emergency or urgent care services to drive the extra distance to Cheat Lake.

I can't thank Dr. McDonald and staff enough for the outstanding care they provided for my very sick cat Cali during my visit Sunday night. I am so very grateful for their compassionate care and treatment. I hadn't realized how sick she was. I am thankful as she has responded so well to the treatment and is finally making great improvement. This facility and medical team do a magnificent job in delivering the best care to beloved pets experiencing a health emergency. When our precious cat, Milo, experienced a turn for the worse on a Saturday, the medical team was already overwhelmed yet took the time to assess and care for our baby. They are compassionate, sincere, and do their best to provide the best treatment. Even though our Milo was gravely ill and ultimately passed away, they provided us with clay pawnprints and a lock of fur to treasure. Through this extremely difficult process, they were compassionate and kind. I appreciate all that they did for Milo and us. I highly recommend this facility. They are a special group of people who care deeply for both furbabies and people while providing great care. Thank you for al
