North Central Animal Hospital

Amazing vet!!!! Everyone there is so positive and nice. I brought my snake Apollo there recently, they spent over an hour with me addressing my concerns and easing my worries. Very educational and direct. They even took him back to say hi to everyone and you could tell they really love animal here. They showed me how to administer meds and said I could come back anytime for a demonstration. Appreciate what they are doing for my sick baby boy!

The staff is amazing! They always check up on my puppy after any shots just to make sure she’s doing well.

An unfortunate situation, but a grateful experience with the team at the hospital. Driving back to work during rush hour, I witnessed a small dog getting hit by a car and the driver taking off. I quickly pulled over and rushed towards the dog hoping to perform CPR on him. Unfortunately he passed right then and there so without questioning I rushed him to the nearest vet hospital, North Central Animal Hospital to get help. Their team was quick to come out and check if the little guy had a chip which he did. Their team immediately went to the source to retrieve information regarding the owner and pups name. Due to the info on his chip number everything was not up to date so a few calls had to be made as I waited in the parking lot at the hospital. Their staff helped me on what the next steps

We've been bringing our beloved pet companions in to North Central Animal Hospital for close to twenty-five years. Dr. Harriet Frank always cared for our Max (the GSP), and the many cats that we've lived with over the years. The service and level of care has always been exemplary.

Beware!!! You do not want to bring your birds here. Very upset with everything I experienced with this vet. I brought my beautiful (never sick a day in her life) Quaker to this Avian vet because my little girl was Egg bound. When I first arrived they put me in a room and tell me the doctor would be right in. A woman came in, took one look at my bird and told me my bird was in prolapse. She told me this was very bad and there’s not much they can do. I said are you sure I was told that she is just egg bound? She said well she could be that too. Let me look. She took my bird and begins to look with a Q-tip in side her to see what the problem is. She then says to me oh yes, she is just egg bound not prolapsed. She tells me she is not the avian doctor, she is her assistant, but she’s been doin
