NoPo Paws

Terrible customer service. I bought a bag of treats there that my dog didn't like. I was never asked for my account or if I wanted a receipt. The cashier just told me that I was good to go. I came back an hour later to try to exchange them and the same cashier told me I couldn't because it wasn't recorded on my account and I didn't have a receipt. I was just here! Do yourself a favor and go to Salty's on Mississippi. So much better service.

NoPo Paws is the best! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent products, and a wonderful resource for the neighborhood.

People typically in the pet food supply business are some of the nicest people around as it is . But the lady " Sarah " at the store went above and beyond what anybody could ever ask for or expect . Thanks for everything, Oden and Terry

I love it! I’ve been in a couple times now, and the staff are courteous and the store is full of adorable toys, tasty treats and various supplies!

I wanna like this spot because it’s local but the two workers are so rude and unhelpful when I ask questions about recommendations or just anything.
