Nolensville Veterinary Hospital

I had trouble getting my recently adopted cat into a carrier and to their office. When I finally was able to get her into the carrier, they were very happy to work us into their appointment schedule and see her within a hour. She receive a full checkup and vaccinates. She is a long-hair and had feces caught in her tail. They cleaned her up and trimmed the hair on her bum and clipped her nails. The tech and veternarian were both very knowledgable and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with their business.

Our first visit and we could not have been more pleased with the treatment received. Everyone was kind and professional. Dr. Brad Fly was very thorough on his exam of our British Lab. We feel very confident being under their care for Rosie.

This place is so nice and you can tell they love their jobs. We got an Australian Shepherd from PAWS and got us in 48 hours after we brought her home. Best bet place in middle Tennessee.

I had a deeply frustrating and stressful experience with Nolensville Veterinary. I needed a veterinary certificate for international travel with our dog and contacted them six months in advance. They assured me they knew the process well. However, when the time came, their actions proved otherwise. The vet said we would receive the USDA-approved certificate the next day. That never happened. Instead, they made errors on the certificate, causing it to be bounced back and forth, and no one informed us how long the USDA approval would actually take. Then, someone from their office called asking for an additional $150 for express delivery, even though I had already paid over $350 in total.
