Noble Animal Welfare officers are Top Notch. Friendly, helpful, informative, and are excited to give you a tour of their amazing facility. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and their facility. The dogs seemed very happy, healthy, and clean. It didn't even smell like dogs!!!!! It is THE CLEANEST shelter Ive ever seen. Those officers deserve a medal of recognition or something. What a crew!!!!

Staff was nice but the cat we adopted ended up having tapeworms. Very irresponsible of the shelter to not administer dewormer, that’s pretty standard for any shelter. Will not be back.

Utterly incompetent. Picked a kitten last month for my daughter. Was told he’d be ready in 2 weeks. Have been in every week since reminding them. Trying to pay ahead of time. Whatever it took to make sure my kids got the kitten they wanted after we’d literally looked at hundreds at various pounds nearby and online. This was the one. They had my name and phone number. After 5 weeks they finally got his 2nd shots and said I could come get him today. This morning they gave him to someone else. So my daughter has been crying for 1/2 an hour now. Terribly stupid and thoughtless people. Even had the gall to ask if I wanted to see the new kittens they just got. Why? So we could wait another month to break her heart again?

I am writing to demand immediate action regarding the unprofessional and unlawful treatment I received from the Noble Animal Shelter, particularly from Jared Cox. My recent experience has raised serious concerns about the shelter’s disregard for both city ordinances and its duty to animals in our community. Late Monday night, I was informed of a wandering dog on Cemetery Road in Noble. Given the freezing temperatures and an impending winter storm, I immediately reached out to the finders to offer my assistance. The dog was not microchipped but appeared to be well-cared for. The finder mentioned that she had contacted Noble Animal Welfare, but was told staff were on their lunch break and unavailable to help. Dispatch also refused to come collect the dog, leaving the finder without any supp

Called them when we moved to this town about a year ago and asked if they could remove a stray unfixed female cat, they said the do a spay and release instead of removing the animal and we would be put on a list. Well nothing ever happened and said female cat has had many litters and even bit my wife. You figure if someone has a complaint about an animal it would be taken care of but no and someone ended up getting hurt! They definitely need to do things better!
