Very helpful and professional staff, good selection, accommodating hours. All three people I’ve interacted with at this shop have been great - specifically in helping me set up my live planted Betta habitat.

My heart is broken for the animals in this jail. The most unkept, dirty and sad pet store I have ever been in. Upon looking into each cage my heart broke more and more to see how depressed and sickly these animals looked. The guinea pig, rats and bunnies with no enrichment toys, dirty cages and just truly looking so depressed and unwell. One very small enclosure housed 5 medium-large rats. Some of the quirkiest and smartest animals with big personalities sleeping in their food bowl and under their water dripper so crammed. There was a crested gecko up against the glass tank that was either dead or actively dying. We are very knowledgeable with reptiles and know this behavior was beyond abnormal. Never really open, and always closed earlier than the sign says. Even called to make sure they would be open bc i have a 20 minute drive an she said yes then I watched her, watch me pull in and locked the door lol i got there at 4:52 (i took a picture of the clock) in which i called again 3 more times as her dog barked at me through the window. Shes obviouslY being dishonest and not genuine in her reply.

I love this pet store so much. Friendly greetings and always happy to see you. Always has what I need. I have cats, dogs and birds. They usually have budgies, fish, reptiles and a couple rodents for sale

Their beta fish are great! Full of energy and attitude. I prefer to get my fish here. Their containers are always clean and the fish healthy. The guys there are always friendly and make sure I want for nothing.
