super cute store with a wide selection of products and really impressive cat section. very rare to see a store prioritize cat products as much as they do dogs I was very pleased. they also sell these adorable knitted catnip toys and my cats are obsessed!!! I will definitely be going back. also the pet safe candles smell wonderful and burn smoothly! so thankful to have a pet safe candle supplier as my kitty has respiratory issues!

We are visiting the area for the weekend and learned our dog could play Houdini out of her harness. I searched the area for a pet store looking to purchase a different style. When I entered I was greeted by a very kind lady and was asked how the could help us today. I explained my situation and they graciously showed me how to hook her regular collar to her harness and doing that my dog wouldn’t be able to back out of her harness. They very easily could have sold me what I was looking for and sent me on my way but they chose to teach me a way to resolve my problem and lost a sale. I made sure to make a purchase and highly recommend this local pet store in the Sturbridge area! Lyla and her friends loved their ice cream cone treats!

I love shopping here for my fur baby. The prices and selection are good. Sandi is always accommodating and has great treat suggestions. My only complaint is when she is not there, the younger girl working there ALWAYS has to note that my pup is pudgy.. every single time... we will not be shopping here anymore.

Sandy and Andrea are the best! Every time I come here they personalize my time and have great suggestions and feedback. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and always looking to add new items to their assortment. When it came time to say goodbye to my dog Kaine, I told Sandy and she gave me a bighug and grieved with me. I will always shop here for my pets needs.
