No matter the service I request - ALWAYS five star. I board a 5lb and a 90lb dog there, board my cats… I come home and frankly am concerned they'd rather stay… no one is stressed, no one frantic. My large Kuvasz is groomed there they care as much about his behavior and future grooming as getting through the current… they don't force anything on him. They charge $35 to wash and brush him out… I tip $30 he looks great!! Again no stress… he actually is happy to see Alyssa! I cannot say enough!

I boarded my 3 dogs here over a long weekend recently! They were very sweet to my dogs and even called to let me know they were doing great on the second day! The staff was very personable and you could tell they love animals. One of my dogs is disabled and they took great care to ensure his needs were completely met. I had a long drive on pickup day and they were accommodating to let me pick up outside of normal pickup hours. I’m sure that was not convenient for them and so I would not encourage people to ask for that! But it was very much appreciated in my case! We had been camping for weeks and my dogs were very dirty and they bathed them at no cost for me! That was a huge unexpected blessing!! I cannot tell you how much that helped me!!! I have taken my dogs to several different places throughout their lives because I’ve moved. This is by far the best one. This is the only place that they actually get excited to be there and see the staff. They also noticed some signs of diabetes in one of my dogs and let me know, which led to him being diagnosed by a vet. They are the best, and I will never take my dogs anywhere else!

They took very good care of my dog. He got a bath, nails clipped and brushed out. Out in less time then she said and less money, then she quoted me.

The staff was amazing! We boarded our dog for 7 nights. When we picked her up, she was happy and healthy and clean. She was so exhausted she slept most of the day! Will be back here again!
