I can't say enough wonderful things about this groomer! She is the best groomer I have ever known and I have had over 6 dogs that have all needed groomed over the years. She takes her time and is so sweet and gentle. My puppy is extremely nervous and scared of everything plus shes a big girl over 60 pounds and only 8 months old so shes not easy to handle when scared but not with her! She was as calm as a could be and she didn't want to leave!!! My puppy is absolutely gorgeous and looks amazing even down to the adorable summer bandana. You can clearly see that she loves these dogs and it shows. I drive 40 minutes to have my dogs groomed here and have zero regrets, and will never have my dogs groomed any where else. I took my little Corgi Jax to Helen today. She did a fantastic job with him and completed an entire full groom with a trim and de-shed! Jax has never looked so handsome and smelled so good. I really love how she does one on one because our little guy is shy sometimes. This will be his new doggy grooming home for sure! Great communication, prices and wonderful services from Helen!
Very disappointed in my dog’s experience. This was his first groom there so he was anxious but I should have been more aware before I left him. When I picked him up he was very nervous and wanted out…ran to get in my car. She complained about his behaviors…he wouldn’t do what she wanted! Really??? She was new to him! Previous groomer has had no complaints! I would never recommend this groomer. My dog’s coat was choppy, not a smooth even trim. A waste of $100!
So happy with how our Duke boy turned out on his first grooming. She did a great job. It's also a bonus that the prices were fair and no outrageous!!
Helen was WONDERFUL with our golden retriever Summer! We are SO GRATEFUL for you and Summer thanks you too. Helen deshedded her and it has helped with less hair in our house. We look forward to our next appointment in 3 months. THANK YOU SO MUCH HELEN!
