No Bad Hair Days Grooming, Boarding & Daycare

We love No Bad Hair Days! We get our pup groomed there, as well as take her to daycare and boarding often. She is always so happy to go to daycare. The staff is always happy and helpful (even when they are busy and understaffed) we love the daycare and boarding team! While I think the grooming team has a lot of staffing changes, we always love her cut every time, they take their time and do a good job.

In August 2025 after years of decent service, my dog was traumatized during and after his grooming appt. I should have known by his behavior upon arrival; which had never been a concern. I do recall that this business has had some turnover recently. When I arrived at the pre-arranged time and opened the door to the business I could hear my dog screaming and crying in irritation. I said "oh I recognize that sound" and called his name. The lady at the front said, "oh, that's not your dog". My dog has a VERY distinct sound, it WAS my dog. She took my credit card for payment, which is typical. He was still making his distinctive noise and then it was muffled, turn in to a whine (which could have been another dog). I have tried pretty much every single groomer in Ontario, nyssa, fruitland, etc and no bad hair days is the best around!

First visit seemed to go well. We asked for our dog to be trimmed up. When we came to pick her up, she didn't have any hair left.

My Heeler rolled in poop while I was washing out my cow trailer and, I was passing through Fruitland with my semi. I called to see if they could get my red Heeler in for a bath and, they got me in right away! They did a great job. My dog came back very happy and clean! Clean place and very nice people! Will take my dog there again.
