Nittany Greyhounds

I adopted my greyhound, Rue, from Nittany Greyhounds in 2021, and the process was smooth and supportive. Bob answered my questions during the first week and, years later, when Rue had a stroke in 2024, he called me right away with advice and connected me with a behaviorist. Their help eased my stress, and I’m thrilled to say Rue is now better than ever! Nittany Greyhounds truly cares about their dogs and adopters. We love Rue so much, and I can’t recommend them enough!

What a great organization! The facility was very well kept. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and so informative. They answered all of our questions and checked in regularly once we adopted our grey to see how everything was going. I hope to someday work with them again to adopt another greyhound. Thanks to everyone there for all you do to help these hounds!

We adopted our girl Cardi a week ago from Nittany. They were awesome to work with and really care about the dogs. With greyhound racing on the decline, they are less known about, and the dogs they get from overseas need good homes. Nittany is doing great work.

We adopted our first greyhound from Nittany Greyhounds and few months ago and the whole experience has been wonderful. Even after bringing our pup home they've always been available when we have questions. We will definitely adopt from them again in the future.

I got my 3 year old grey hound named Griffin here. He has been a great dog ever since. Nittany Greyhounds is a great place that you can get your dog with everything that it needs. Just overall, Nittany Greyhounds is a great place to go even if your not thinking about getting a dog. Every single Greyhound there could be a perfect pet for your family. You can bring you already owned pups and see how they feel about the Greyhound that you like. I did this once and it work perfectly. Ever since that day, I have had played with my dog named Griffin. Oh yeah, I can't forgot how fast these dogs are. If you live in a big gated area then a Greyhound is the dog for you.
