My golden retriever was sick and they got me in the same day. Found out she had pancreatitis. We tried treating at home but she was continually getting worse. She had a 32 hour stay with them and they got her back to normal. I’m so thankful to have them in our little town. They took such great care of her.

I called for my dogs refill.called 8a.m. went over which 25 miles.she said refills have be called in 24 hrs advance.they didnt tell me that when i called. She had get vet sign for it. Pills were already in bottle? Really?????she wasnt friendly

My Graci girl went in yesterday for surgery and a pet link chip her surgery was for neutering and they were just so Amazing with her and myself! I Highly recommend this clinic for your fur-babies needs! Thank you so Very much NVC you All are So amazing! I will be seeing you soon again!

The owner has replied to my review. The online pharmacy called for the prescription not faxed. Yes, they had it in syringe form, but the staff was unable to tell us the exact dosage from the syringe. We were not rude, just frustrated with the lack of cooperation. Now they are trying to play CYA.

Great group of people, great experience especially for an emergency situation, they stepped up and helped us when 4 other local vets, were going to make my poor dog suffer 16+ hours and wait until they opened the next day, or drive to Champaign. I whipped into their parking lot about 5 minutes before closing and they got my dog right in and got him some help and some relief. Highly recommend.
