Newfound Pet Center - Bristol

I would not recommend using the pet self wash. It is not worth 20 dollars and is not accurately described on the website. The shampoo and conditioner they provide you is not what is described while making the appointment online. The description states you will be provided Earthbath Shampoo and Earthbath Conditioner. I was provided Burts Bee 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner which was extremely watered down. Another issue is the shower head did not work. As soon as I picked it up it fell apart and sprayed all over the room. This made it very hard for me to wash my dog. The laundry basket over filling with dirty wet dog towels should have been my first red flag. Waste of money and time because I had to re wash my dog when I got home.

Great little community shop. Works hard to get products you want and need. I have a toy Yorkie and they have many treats for small dogs and a great selection of raw frozen dog food. Today I went in an as usual the young lady was so polite and helpful. Update: I must say how unfair it is for a supplier to manipulate the success of a business. How is it all the pet stores around have my frozen food but your store hasn't received delivery? I sure love your little store and hope they don't seal the fate of your store.

I love buying locally and supporting local business. They've always been very accommodating and offer a wife variety of cat food options. However, if you're going to be open until 6pm and have it posted on your front door then you should probably be actually open until 6pm

Lexi was the best! She had not been working for the Pet Center a long time when I went to the store. I was impressed about how much she knew about the different types of food for cats & dogs. Made my first trip to this new pet center. They have a huge selection of items for a small store. We were specifically looking for salt water fish. Purchased a maroon clown (he was really good sized) and an emerald crab. Both have acclimated well and appear healthy. Also got a holding tank that was really well priced. The woman (I'm believing the owner) was very sweet! Definitely worth checking out- support small business!
